Loyalita provides a digital loyalty card platform for businesses, including Apple Wallet and Google Wallet card issuance, customer relationship management tools, push notifications, and analytics.
3. Registration and Account
To use the Service, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Pricing and Payment
Subscription plans are published on the website. Prices are shown in ֏ and are subject to ԱԱՀ at the rate established by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the platform belong to Loyalita Armenia. Users retain ownership of their own content uploaded to the platform.
6. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Loyalita Armenia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, except as required by applicable law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Loyalita Armenia may suspend access immediately in case of material breach.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
